Availability of Goods and Order Acceptance

All orders placed through the Site are subject to availability and acceptance by us. A legally binding purchase contract is concluded only when we dispatch the ordered goods to you and send a confirmation invoice.

Where we cannot fulfill your order, or a part of your order, we will notify you within a reasonable time after you complete your order. If your order is rejected or canceled by us, we will refund in full all amounts you have paid in respect of such unavailable goods using the original payment method. Alternatively, we may contact you to advise you of a delay in restocking a particular item. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, and all contractual relations established between Friday Look Book s.r.o. and its customers, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, the choice of Czech law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the laws of your country of residence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic, or the courts of your country of residence if required by mandatory EU consumer law.

Purchases, Pricing, and Payment

Customers must provide complete and accurate details when making purchases. Friday Look Book s.r.o. is not liable if we are given an incorrect delivery address at the time of purchase. Any additional expenses incurred to correct and re-route the order are the responsibility of the customer.

Pricing: All prices quoted on the Site are in Euro (€). Pursuant to EU price transparency laws, all prices displayed are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the statutory rate, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Displayed pricing does not include shipping or delivery charges, which are clearly calculated and displayed at check-out.
Payment Surcharges: Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party gateways (such as PayPal). Under EU Directive 2015/2366 (PSD2), surchurching or adding additional transactional fees (such as a 5% PayPal fee) to standard consumer payment methods is strictly prohibited within the EEA. Therefore, all payment methods are offered without additional processing fees to the consumer.
Fraud Prevention: To prevent fraudulent transactions, orders may be subject to security checks. You may be required to provide verification to confirm the legitimacy of your transaction.

Discount Codes, Sales & Promotions

All discount codes are issued in Euro. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or sale items unless explicitly stated. Discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding public holidays in the Czech Republic. Customers will be provided with tracking information once orders are shipped.

In accordance with EU consumer law, risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods. If a parcel is not claimed or is refused by the receiver without exercising a valid statutory Right of Withdrawal, any costs associated with re-delivery, return shipping, or disposal levied by carriers (such as DHL) will be deducted from any potential refund.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers Only)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to hygiene and health protection exceptions (e.g., if beauty tools or skincare concentrates have been unsealed after delivery). Cancellation by the Company

We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch if we are unable to provide the requested products due to force majeure, inventory errors, or technical defects. In such cases, customers will be contacted immediately and a full refund will be processed without undue delay.
