Product images

Whilst we have made every attempt to show textures, appearances and colours of our products as accurately as possible, product images may vary from the delivered Goods depending on your monitor, settings and computer equipment. Unless otherwise stated, any additional products and accessories styled or shown in a product image are for display purposes only and are not included in the listed price. You must ensure that you carefully read the title and description before making a purchase.

Availability of Goods

1. All orders are made subject to availability.  Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that Goods are available for delivery, there may be some circumstances where Goods are unavailable.
2. Where we cannot fulfil your order, or a part of your order, we will notify you within a reasonable time after you complete your order.  Please note that we may need to reject your order or reject part of your order on this basis.
3. If your order is rejected or cancelled, we will refund in full all amounts you have paid in respect of such unavailable goods.  Alternatively, we may contact you to advise you of a delay in restocking a particular good and a delay in delivery of your order.  In this case, you may elect to proceed with your order on the basis of a delayed delivery date, cancel your order or select an alternative good. If you do not vary or cancel your order within two (2) business days of notification, you are deemed to have accepted the delay.

Applicable law

As this site can be accessed throughout Burma (Myanmar) and overseas, FLB Beauty does not represent that the Content complies with the laws of any country outside Burma (Myanmar). If you access this site from outside Burma (Myanmar), you do so at your own risk and responsibility, and are responsible for making sure you comply with all applicable laws in the place you are located.

Purchases and Payment

Customers must provide FLB Beauty with complete and accurate details when making purchases. FLB Beauty is not liable if we are given an incorrect delivery address at the time of purchase. Any additional expenses in correcting the order are the responsibility of the customer.

All prices quoted are in American dollars (USD) and include GST. Costs related to international orders are calculated using an integrated currency converter. Prices. Displayed pricing may not include shipping or delivery charges, which are calculated at check-out. FLB Beauty is not responsible for varying currency conversion rates charged by customers’ banks.

Payment is processed through PayPal. Upon checkout, customers will be redirected to the PayPal website where they can select their payment method. Please note that every payments through PayPal has 5% additional charges. However, it is not necessary for customers to have a PayPal account to shop with FLB Beauty.

Customers will receive an invoice confirming the order once FLB Beauty receives payment. Some orders may be subject to fraud checks by the FLB Beauty staff, this means you may be required to provide additional identification to verify your transaction.

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding public holidays in Burma (Myanmar), Thailand. 

Customers will be provided with tracking numbers once orders are shipped out.

In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, DHL and/or related delivery service will attempt re-delivery. If DHL and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by DHL's and/or related delivery service's cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.

Fraud

FLB Beauty takes every measure against credit card fraud. If we suspect that a customer’s order may be fraudulent, we will contact the customer to confirm certain details. If the customer refuses to respond with the required information within 5 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order. 

Cancellation

FLB Beauty reserves the right to cancel any order if we are unable to provide the requested products. Customers will be immediately contacted in these cases.

FLB Beauty is not liable to compensate for any loss, expense or inconvenience customers may face as a result of cancellation.
