Right of Withdrawal Policy (European Union Customers)

In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), customers within the European Union are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal from their purchase contract. This policy outlines the terms and procedures for exercising this right.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing a specific reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

2. Notification Procedure

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).

You may use the model withdrawal form below, though it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

3. Statutory Exceptions (Hygiene)

Please note that in accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal is excluded for:

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

This applies to all beauty tools and skincare products provided by FLB BEAUTY. If a product’s hygiene seal has been broken or the product has been used, it is no longer eligible for return or refund.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We will process the reimbursement without undue delay and, in any event, not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

5. Return of Goods

You shall send back the goods to the following address without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us:

The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the consumer. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
