Local Customers can return FREE. Just ensure your return is sent back within the 3 days timeframe and meets all other returns criteria.
Please Note : We do not accept Return & Refund for Change of Mind Orders. Return and Refund service is only available when FLB Beauty shipped wrong orders or broken products by accidentally. If FLB Beauty shipped wrong orders, please contact flbbeautybyfridaylookbook@gmail.com within 3 days after you recieved order.
Please be advised this resolution is subject to change once it has passed quality control via the returns team at our warehouse provided that:
- The item is unused and in original condition with all the tags still attached
- The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including oil and body lotion)
- The item is returned to us within 3 days from delivery date
- The item does not have any odour (including deodorant, perfume, body odour or oil)
- We do not accept returns on products that have been used, altered, or damaged after receiving them.
- A receipt and proof of purchase is available
Refund Policy for Delivery Delays
At FLB Beauty, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. We understand that receiving your products in a timely manner is of utmost importance. Therefore, we have established the following refund policy in the event that we fail to deliver your products within 30 days of your order.
FLB Beauty reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by FLB Beauty.
