Terms & Conditions

At FLB Beauty, we take pride in crafting durable, high quality stainless steel tools built to last a lifetime. To give you complete peace of mind, all eligible products are backed by our FLB CARE Lifetime Replacement Program.

Please read the full program terms and conditions below:

1. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a replacement under the FLB CARE Program, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Direct Purchases Only: The product must have been purchased directly through our official website FLB BEAUTY.

  • Order Date: The FLB CARE Program is valid only for orders placed on or after August 11,2026. Orders placed prior to this date are not eligible.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide your valid Order Number to confirm your direct website purchase.

2. What Is Covered

  • Any FLB Beauty stainless steel beauty tool that breaks, becomes damaged, or loses structural integrity during normal use or accidental drops.

3. Exclusions (What Is NOT Covered)

The FLB CARE Program does not apply to:

  • Purchases made through third party retailers, resellers, market stalls, or authorized distributors.

  • Orders placed directly via social media direct messages (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

  • Orders placed or shipped to Myanmar.

  • Normal cosmetic wear and tear that does not affect the functionality of the tool (e.g., minor surface scratches).

4. Shipping & Replacement Fees

  • Standard Replacements: For general breakages or accidental damage covered under FLB CARE, the replacement product is 100% FREE. The customer is solely responsible for paying the shipping and handling fee to send the replacement item.

  • FLB Error or Fulfilment Damage: If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or incorrectly sent due to an error by FLB Beauty, FLB Beauty will cover 100% of the costs, including all shipping and handling fees.

5. How to File a Claim

If your tool breaks or gets damaged and meets the eligibility requirements above:

  1. Contact our support team at care@flbbeauty.com with the subject line "FLB CARE Claim".

  2. Provide your Order Number and full name.

  3. Attach a clear photo or brief video showing the damaged tool.

  4. Once verified, our team will process your free replacement and send you the link to cover the return shipping fee.

FLB Beauty reserves the right to revise or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Fraudulent claims or abuse of the FLB CARE Program will result in claim disqualification.
