Shipping & Delivery Policy

We want to get your FLB Beauty favorites to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping timelines and policies below.

Dispatch & Processing Times

All orders are processed at our warehouse before being handed to the carrier.

Standard Shipping: Dispatched within 5–7 business days.
Express Shipping: Dispatched within 1–3 business days.
During Sales Events: Please allow an additional 5–7 days for processing due to high order volumes.

Note: Dispatch times do not include weekends or public holidays.

EU Shipping (Duty-Free)

Orders shipped within the European Union are delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). The total at checkout is final; you will not face additional customs fees or import taxes upon delivery.

Estimated Delivery: 1–7 business days from dispatch.
Free Shipping Thresholds:
- Standard: Free on orders over €40.
- Exceptions: For Finland, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark, and Switzerland, free shipping applies to orders over €50.

International Shipping (Including UK)

We proudly ship worldwide! For international orders, please note the following:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

Asia & Europe (Non-EU): Typically 7–10 business days in transit.
Rest of World: Depending on your location and service choice, delivery takes between 5–28 business days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes Important: International orders may be subject to import fees, duties, or taxes levied by your country’s customs office.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Payment of these fees is the sole responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
FLB Beauty cannot predict or control these government-mandated charges.
